The ghost pepper also known as bhut jolokia (Bhoot=Ghost, Jolokia=Chilli) is an interspecific hybrid chili pepper cultivated in Northeast India. It is a hybrid of Capsicum Chinese and Capsicum frutescent and is closely related to the Naga Mircha. King Chilly is said to be the hottest chilly across the globe. It can be taken as normal chilly with food or in cooking. One of the most popular form of King chilly is King Chilly Achar. Both the raw or dried chilly can add fantastic taste to your food.
