Product Description

Chives are place in the same family as onion, leeks and garlic. They are a hardly, drought-tolerant perennial developing to almost 10-12 inches tall. They develop in clumps from underground bulbs and deliver circular, hollow leaves that are much better than onion. Garlic chives can also be minced and used to finish meat, poultry, or seafood dishes and used to flavor soups, marinades, vinegar, and dipping sauces.
